Sales Terms & Policies

These Sales Terms apply to all purchases made through https://www.rhiannoncackettartist.com. By placing an order, you confirm your agreement with these terms. For the full Terms and Conditions (including your statutory rights), please also read the Terms & Conditions document.


Artwork Condition and Description

Every artwork listed for sale is an original work or a limited-edition print, created by Rhiannon Cackett. Each listing includes the title, medium, dimensions, and framing status. The Artist makes every effort to photograph works accurately, but screen colours may vary. Please contact the Artist if you would like additional photographs before purchase.


Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in EUROS (€). For international buyers, your bank or card provider will apply the exchange rate at the time of payment. Prices shown include any applicable VAT/IVA where required.


Availability

All works are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an artwork is sold while you are completing your purchase, you will be notified and offered a full refund. The Artist does not hold works without payment confirmation.


Discount Codes

  • A 5% welcome discount is available to new newsletter subscribers.

  • One-time use only, per customer.

  • Not combinable with other promotions.

  • Must be applied at checkout, no retrospective discounts.

  • Has no cash value and is non-transferable.


Shipping

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap and double-boxed where necessary. Framed works and works on paper are given appropriate protective packaging.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of confirmed payment. You will receive a notification with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Timeframes (estimated)

Destination > Estimated Delivery

  • Spain > 3 to 7 working days

  • United Kingdom > 5 to 10 working days

  • Rest of Europe > 5 to 10 working days

  • USA / Canada / Australia > 7 to 14 working days

  • Rest of World > 10 to 21 working days


These are estimates only. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or circumstances outside her control.


Free Delivery Threshold

Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders as shown at checkout. This threshold may vary and is subject to change.


Local Delivery, Barcelona

Buyers based in Barcelona may arrange for local delivery of their purchase. Please contact the Artist via the website to coordinate delivery details. Local delivery is free of charge.


Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

You have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receipt (EU Consumer Rights Directive). To initiate a return:

  1. Contact the Artist at hello@rhiannoncackettartist.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Package the work securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).

  3. Ship the work to the address provided by the Artist.

  4. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.


Refunds are issued within 7 working days of the Artist receiving and inspecting the returned work. The original purchase price is refunded; original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged Artwork on Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Photograph the outer packaging and the damage to the artwork.

  3. Email photos and a description to [contact@rhiannoncackettartist.com] within 48 hours of delivery.


The Artist will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, repair credit, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Works that have been customised to order (e.g. framing to specification).

  • Works that have been damaged due to the buyer's handling after receipt.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact the Artist as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the return policy applies.


Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The Artist is unable to predict or control these charges.
