Terms & Conditions: Physical Products

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of original artworks and prints from Rhiannon Cackett through https://www.rhiannoncackettartist.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.


1. About the Products

All works available on this website are original, hand-made artworks or limited edition prints created by Rhiannon Cackett. Each piece is described in as much detail as possible, including dimensions, medium, and framing status. Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen and reality due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.


2. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices include any applicable taxes where required. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Free delivery applies to orders over the qualifying threshold displayed at checkout. Local delivery to Barcelona may be available, please contact the Artist to arrange.


3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website using the secure checkout system powered by Squarespace and Stripe. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)


Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. The Artist reserves the right to cancel any order at her discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.


4. Discount Codes and Newsletter Offer

A 5% welcome discount is offered to new subscribers to the mailing list. This code applies to one purchase only, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.


5. Shipping and Delivery

The Artist ships internationally. All artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.

  • Estimated dispatch time: within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timescales vary by destination. Spain: 5 to 7 days. EU: 5 to 10 days. Rest of world: 10 to 21 days.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside her control.


For large or high-value works, the Artist may contact you to discuss specialist shipping options before dispatch.


6. Local Delivery, Barcelona

Buyers based in Barcelona may arrange for local delivery of their purchase. Please contact the Artist via the website to coordinate delivery details. Local delivery is free of charge.


7. Returns and Refunds

The Artist takes great care to describe every work accurately. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The work is in its original, undamaged condition.

  • You contact the Artist before returning the item.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.


Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 7 working days. Items that arrive damaged through poor repacking may not be eligible for a full refund.

Original artworks are non-refundable once any customisation (e.g. framing to order) has begun.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage immediately and contact the Artist within 48 hours of receipt. The Artist will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

The Artist is not liable for items lost or damaged by the postal carrier once proof of postage has been obtained.


9. Copyright

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright. All reproduction rights remain with Rhiannon Cackett. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use images of any purchased work for commercial purposes without written consent from the Artist.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain. EU consumers may also seek resolution in the courts of their country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer law
